Psalm 28
Of David. 1 To You, O YHWH, I call out. O my Rock, do not be deaf to me, lest You be silent to me and I be likened with those descending to the Pit.
May You hear the voice of my supplications, in my crying out to You, in my lifting up my hands toward Your holy sanctuary.
Do not drag me away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, those speaking peace with their neighbors, and evil [is] in their heart.
Give to them according to their doing, and according to the evil of their deeds! According to the work of their hands, give to them; return their dealing to them!
For they do not have regard toward the works of YHWH, and toward the deed of His hands; He shall overthrow them, and not rebuild them.
Blessed [be] YHWH, for He has heard the voice of my supplications.
YHWH [is] my strength and my shield; in Him my heart trusts, and I am helped; so my heart rejoices, and with my song I will give thanks to Him.
YHWH [is] the strength for them; and He [is] a stronghold of salvation [for] His anointed.
May You save Your people and bless Your inheritance, and shepherd them and carry them, even to forever.
